Limitless Pump Brand Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Limitless Pump Brand Ambassador Program! By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• Ambassadors must be at least 18 years old.

• Participants must have an active social media presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.

• Limitless Pump reserves the right to approve or deny any application without explanation.

2. Program Overview

• Ambassadors will promote Limitless Pump products via their social media accounts using provided materials, discount codes, or affiliate links.

• This is a non-employment program. Ambassadors are independent promoters and not employees, contractors, or agents of Limitless Pump.

3. Ambassador Responsibilities

• Create and post high-quality, original content featuring Limitless Pump products.

• Include provided hashtags, tags, and any other required elements in posts.

• Maintain professionalism and align with Limitless Pump’s brand values when representing the company.

• Do not post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content while participating in the program.

• Ambassadors must comply with all FTC guidelines regarding influencer marketing, including disclosure of their ambassador status (e.g., using #ad or #sponsored).

4. Rewards and Incentives

• Ambassadors may receive free or discounted products, referral commissions, or store credits as outlined in the program details.

• Commissions are earned on qualifying sales generated through the ambassador’s unique referral link or discount code.

• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.

• Limitless Pump reserves the right to modify or cancel the reward structure at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

• By participating in the program, ambassadors grant Limitless Pump the right to use, repost, and share any content they create featuring the brand on Limitless Pump’s social media platforms, website, or promotional materials.

• Ambassadors retain ownership of their content but agree not to misrepresent or use Limitless Pump’s branding without prior consent.

6. Program Termination

• Limitless Pump reserves the right to terminate an ambassador’s participation at any time for failure to adhere to these terms or for any conduct deemed harmful to the brand.

• Ambassadors may leave the program at any time but must inform Limitless Pump in writing.

7. Confidentiality

• Ambassadors agree not to disclose any confidential information shared by Limitless Pump, including details about upcoming product launches, internal processes, or private communications.

8. Liability

• Limitless Pump is not responsible for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the ambassador’s participation in the program.

• Ambassadors assume full responsibility for their actions and content.

9. Program Changes

• Limitless Pump reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate the Brand Ambassador Program at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of significant changes via email.

10. Agreement

• By applying to and participating in the Limitless Pump Brand Ambassador Program, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
